We will provide you, for a small fee, we will prepare a machine generated database system dump, human verified and certified, containing the data we hold about you.
Your data is your Digital DNA (DDNA) and you are entitled to review this information as you see fit and as you need.
Database dump provides more information than is generally viewed from the "My Account" page.
And includes all information we hold in our database system concerning your account in additionally enrolled programs or services.
When completed, you will be e-mailed (the email account on file for your account) the information when it is completed for you. If the file size is too large to be sent to you by email, a link will be provided in that email where you can download the data from.
Your data will be provided to you in two formats for your use.
- Human Readable Formatted Document (Secured PDF, Secured ODT)
- CSV (Comma Separated Values)
If you find data to be in error or would like to dispute the information, open a MuTTs ticket.
Can take up to seven (7) days for reception of link.
