Limited Lifetime Device Warranty

All Devices/Items produced or manufactured by BreakDown Beacon are made to exacting standards and are

Lifetime is defined as Device/Item service or usage life. This time ends when the Device/Item is no longer functional as purchased.

Any Device/Item that has been damaged or has otherwise been made unusable as sold/purchased due to misuse, abuse, neglect, misfortune, Human Error, Act of God, DOES NOT qualify for Limited Lifetime Device Warranty return or replacement.

BSM LLC reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim made by any purchaser that does not qualify.
BSM LLC will have final authority to determine eligibility of the claim.

Devices/Items may be sold with a Specific Warranty Inclusions / Exclusions for that Device/Items, which is on that specific Device/Items product page. That Specific Warranty Inclusions / Exclusions is herein incorporated into this General Warranty as ONE document.

Liability

BreakDown Beacon , BSM LLC, WILL not and can not be held liable for damages of any sort for any reason, even if the device/item purchased was used as advertised, suggested and for a any specific reason or purpose. Our liability will be limited to the purchase price you pay for any goods, services or information., claimant pays shipping and handling.

While our devices are designed to mitigate risk...they can only do that. Beware of your surroundings and use appropriate care when using our devices/items.
