All our items are packed and shipped from our production facility in Oak Forest IL by USPS.
We can send your order anywhere the USPS will deliver within the United States.This usually takes between 3 to 7 days depending on the delivery service chosen and the destination area. You will be notified if USPS denotes a longer shipping time.
All of our items are packaged with recycled items. In addition to protecting our Planet, our recycled packaging acts as camouflage to potential package thief's. Not all theft can be prevented...but why make it any more enticing?
If we are unable to dispatch your order within 3 to 7 days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.
Lost or Stolen Shipments/Packages
USPS Claims for Loss or Damage
If you have a lost or stolen delivery you must notify the and provide us with your report number before you order is processed.
If your insured mailing has been lost or damaged in transit, you may file an insurance claim:
- Online: Go to www.usps.com⁄help⁄claims.htm for information on USPS domestic insurance.
- By mail: Call 800-ASK-USPS (800-275-8777) to have a claim form mailed to you.
Send the completed form with all other required supporting documentation for loss or damage of an item mailed with insured services to the address printed on the form.
Evidence of Insurance You must retain evidence of insurance for your claim. This includes evidence that insurance, COD, Registered Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express service was purchased for the mailed package. For a detailed list of acceptable evidence, see “General Filing Instructions” in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) 609.
Proof of Value You must submit proof — such as a sales receipt or paid invoice — showing the value of the article when it was mailed. For a detailed list of acceptable evidence, see “General Filing Instructions” in Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) 609. For Internet transactions conducted through a web–based payment network, provide a computer printout of the online transaction identifying the purchaser and seller, price paid, date of the transaction, description of the item, and assurance that the transaction status is completed. The printout must clearly identify the web-based payment network provider through which the Internet transaction was conducted.
Proof of Damage or Partial Loss of Contents You must retain any damaged item, packaging, and all contents until the claim is resolved. If you receive notification from the Postal Service, you will be required to bring the item, packaging, and all contents to a Post Office.

We will accept returns for 60 days for any reason. After 60 dayss our Limited Lifetime Device Warranty will be in effect.
Below are a few guidelines to help ensure your return process goes smoothly.
Guidelines:
- Returns must have an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number referenced; unauthorized returns will be refused.
- With a few exceptions, any new, unused, and unaltered item can be returned within 60 days of receipt.
- Original freight, shipping, insurance or incidental charges will not be credited.
- Returns require proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order or Invoice number from the point of sale and have a VALID email address on file.
The Process:
- The RMA number will remain active and valid for 45 days.
Note: Issuance of an RMA does not represent an authorized credit. - Use our Return Material Authorization to request an RMA number. If you placed your order via eBay, Etsy, Mercari or other means, please use THAT receipt number.
- Carefully package merchandise to avoid damage during shipment.Depending on its condition, original packaging may not be sufficient.
- Ship only those items for which the RMA has been issued.
- Write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the package.
If you did not receive an RMA number, please allow us up to seven days to evaluate your request. If you do have an RMA number, please include that number when you return your merchandise. You can also refer to that RMA if you contact us for customer service.
If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with BreakDown Beacon within 3 days from date of delivery of your purchases.
The following options will then be made available:
- Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.
- Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling.
- Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment method and platform in accordance with our PAYMENT POLICY.(i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the Visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by PayPal, then PayPal will be credited) and platform.
