In order to keep BreakDown Beacon® account roster current, if you do not access your account for a period of “30” days or more, BreakDown Beacon® may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account. BreakDown Beacon® will endeavor to notify a you of BreakDown Beacon® intent to terminate your account by notice to your provided email address at least “30” days prior to deactivation. If, you fail to respond to such email notice with “30” days after the day it is sent by BreakDown Beacon®, your account will be terminated as noted above. Therefore, BreakDown Beacon® strongly recommends that you keep your accounts and contact data current and in use. While BreakDown Beacon® desires to prevent active accounts from being terminated prematurely, BreakDown Beacon® has no obligation to maintain accounts that appear to BreakDown Beacon® to have been abandoned. You agree that failure to access your account for “30” days or more conclusively indicates that such your account has been abandoned and that the account may therefore be terminated. Lapsed Accounts does not apply to BDBO Enrollment.
