We will return at your expense any package that does not have a RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package or that doesn't qualify for return under warranty.

Using MuTTs to submit an RMA Request
MuTTs (Multi Use Ticket Tracking System) is used to centrally track tickets from across multiple systems.
To quickly and accurately process your RMA, please read and use the following guidelines when filling out the form.
- Email Address: You must have an email address on file for your purchase, regardless of place of sale, for an RMA request to be processed.
- Request Type: Select Return Material Authorization. (If not already selected.)
- Ticket Group: Please choose place of sale for your return.
FOR EXAMPLE: if purchased on Ebay, Select EBAY. If purchased in real life, Select IRL
- Severity: Severity choices are ignored unless assigned by employee after submission.
- Subject: Please use this format for the subject. It helps us quickly and accurately process your RMA request. include: RMA PLace of Sale, Sales Order or Invoice Number, Description, Part/Model number, quick reason for return.
FOR EXAMPLE: RMA Ebay #28734673, BreakDown Beacon, BB24-vb_OOOO, LED segment Failed
- Message:Any other information you feel is relevant to your RMA request which you would like us to know.
- Attach File: You may attach up to 6 files relevant to your RMA. Can be a combination of images (JPG, JPEG, PNG) and text (TXT, PDF, DOC, DOCX, ) files.
Submitting an RMA request thru MuTTs does not guarantee your item will be returnable.
Please take note of the following:
- Afford us up to seven days to issue a RMA number.
- You will receive a notification which will include a ticket number and ticket tracking ID tied to your email address. RMA number that will be valid for 45 days.
- Visit our Shipping and Returns page for more guidelines regarding your return.
- Note: Issuance of an RMA does not represent an authorized credit.
- We will return, at your expense, any package that doesn't include an RMA number
